Melaniia worked as an Associate at Adventures Lab, an early-stage VC fund that invests in startups across various sectors based in Europe. Before her VC experience, Melaniia worked in management and innovation consulting at BDO and Civitta, where she helped early-stage businesses develop strategies and secure funding. Most recently, she worked as a Venture Manager at the Creative Destruction Lab, focusing on the Compute and Climate streams.

Melaniia recently completed her MBA at Beedie School of Business, supported by the Academic Excellence Scholarship and the A. John Ellis Graduate Scholarship.
